Great news!  FamilyCare, Inc. has merged with a Troy, MI based company named O/E Learning, Inc. A new subsidiary, O/E FamilyCare LLC, has been formed. This is very exciting news because it will allow us to strengthen our existing work/life/concierge programs while maintaining our entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to customize services to the needs of our clients. We can now offer enhanced services such as:

New Personal Assistant Program Offered

Executives may need special support in balancing their work and personal lives due to excessive demands placed on their time. To assist, O/E FamilyCare now offers a unique “Personal Assistant” program. This program provides full and part time professional assistants to handle executives' personal activities…from travel arrangements, gift purchases and party planning, to handling insurance matters, banking, and making child care arrangements. More Companies Are Offering Wellness & Concierge Programs

According to the American Management Association’s (AMA) 2004 survey on Corporate Health and Wellness, U.S. companies are doing more to promote wellness among their employees.  27% of those surveyed reported that they offered more programs in 2004 than 2003. Concierge services are also gaining in popularity. Now that the economy is improving, and employee retention is more of an issue, employers are looking for additional programs that cover a broader range of personal services.
